This website is operated by THE PAW EDIT ("we", "us" and "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any purchase you make from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Using our store

To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to transmit viruses or any code of a destructive nature. Breaking any of these Terms may result in your access to the site being ended.

2. Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe and show our products accurately. Colors and details can look slightly different depending on your screen, and product sizes and measurements are approximate. Our products are sourced from and shipped by third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. If an item doesn't match its description, our Refund Policy explains your options.

3. Pet safety

Always supervise your pet when using toys, chews, grooming tools and accessories. Choose products that suit your pet's size, age and chewing strength, check them regularly for wear, and remove any product that becomes damaged. Product information on our site is general guidance and is not veterinary advice. If you have concerns about your pet's health, please consult a veterinarian.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Products may be discontinued or become unavailable at any time. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including your email address, shipping address and payment details, and to update it promptly if it changes. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, shipping charges, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered.

7. Errors and omissions

Occasionally the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping times or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after you've placed an order.

8. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to third-party websites and services, such as parcel trackers and payment providers. We aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Reviews, comments and feedback

If you send us comments, suggestions or other feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation. You agree that your comments won't be unlawful, abusive or misleading, won't infringe anyone's rights, and won't contain viruses or spam.

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images and the THE PAW EDIT name, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE PAW EDIT and its owners, employees, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE PAW EDIT and its owners, employees, suppliers and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party because of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referred to above, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that can't be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
